1. Can you build a Vista Home for me outside of your communities?
- Yes, please visit our Off-Site Program page here or call us at (864) 643-0950.
2. Do you co-broke?
- Yes, we co-broke on all sales within a Vista Homes community. Please see our listings on MLS or contact us (864) 332-5900 for more details.
3. Who is Vista Homes?
- Vista Homes is a small, family oriented company operating in the Upstate of South Carolina. Partnered with RBCK builders, we provide homes with impeccable quality and design at an affordable price.
4. How can I buy a home in a Vista Homes community?
- By visiting our Vista Homes model at Drake’s Field on Whitehall Road.
5. What is a workup?
- A workup takes about 15 minutes complete. In real time you can see what home site, floor plan and options fit your lifestyle and budgetary requirements.
6. Picking options, materials and colors seems stressful, can you help?
- Absolutely. Combining different option colors and price points we will quickly find something that fits your budget and your lifestyle.
7. Can I make other changes to your floor plans?
- Yes, to a degree. Non-Standard Options (NSOs) are more common on Off-Site homes as there are more possibilities. Just let us know what you would like and we can customize your home for you.
8. Why don’t you offer granite, fans, etc as a standard feature?
- Vista Homes was born out of the Upstate’s need for affordable, quality housing. All of our floor plans start at an “as low as” price so that our customers aren’t paying for things they don’t need.
9. I have a home to sell. Do I need to sell it before I can sign a contract with Vista Homes?
- No. We recommend that you enter into a contract with Vista Homes as soon as possible. The home site will be reserved and the contract price will be locked in for 90 days to allow you ample time to sell your home.
10. How long does it take to build a Vista Home?
- Our average build time is 90 days. However, actual construction time may be longer depending upon weather and availability of material and labor.
11. Who can you recommend for financing?
- Currently we do not have a preferred lender. Any lender you choose will need to know our building start finance requirements.
12. Are you on Facebook or Twitter?
- Yes and yes. Search for Vista Homes to like us on Facebook and follow us VistaHomes on Twitter.
13. Do you spec homes?
- No. All of our homes are pre-sold. Occassionally, a completed home becomes available so please check our website, Facebook or Twitter pages for up to date information on immediately available homes.
